I got my Nissan Juke here back in June; the internet sales manager Mandy was very helpful. She even keeps on checking to see if my car is running fine constantly every month. I brought my car in for Service in September, everything was free of charge and they checked every part of my car to ensure it runs fine.
I will also bring my car in after another 3mon to get a 6mon service, also at free of charge. The service manager Jose was very friendly and I can tell that he has enough knowledge to know how to maintain the cars.
Would definitely go back for another car when family and friends need one.

I recently purchased a Nissan Armada from Premier Nissan of Fremont. I have to say, going to a car dealership and jumping through the endless hurdles is not an ideal day. My sales person Ralph, was terrific. He was patient with my family, he listened to us, and he explained all of the features of 3 different cars until we finally found the right Nissan! Ralph went above and beyond his title. He even made sure my husband and I, found it easier to anchor our baby's car seat properly, a week later!

I had my doubts after reading all the reviews about this dealership but after few email back and forth with one of their Internet managers and some phone calls I thought I might give it a try and see if anything funny might happen and I might say my experience with Ryan was really satisfying, my wife and I stopped by and found the vehicle we were promised waiting fir us at the price agreed we were out within I reasonable amount of time. My understanding is this is a new dealership with a new management not sure is it's the same as the management everybody else was dealing with I’ve been recommending this place to everybody and will come back for other purchase.

Relatively painless deal when we helped our friend buy her Nissan Rogue.
They didn’t have the car in inventory and had to do an inventory swap. Got me quite skeptical at first. But our salesperson Mandy K. was honest and upfront about the whole deal and provided us with the VIN of the vehicle so there's no surprises there. The 50% deposit 0 percent financing deal was without any gimmicks or hidden charges. Funny thing was that opting for financing actually got us a better price.
Edmund L., the finance person, was also a nice person to deal with.
1 visit to seal the deal which took about 1 hour and another to take delivery and sign paperwork (1.5 hours). Not bad.

My boyfriend got an excellent deal on a 2011 Nissan Altima at Premier Nissan in Fremont. So excellent I promised the dealer we worked with (Carol) that I'd put up a good review. On a rainy Sunday, my bf and 2 daughters headed out to San Jose to one of the automalls on one of their expressways. We were greeted by a bunch of dealers who immediately approached us and made rude comments about the hub caps on the my bf's rented Malibu. David spent about 2 hours test driving cars and talking with the dealer. He was pushy and sleezy, and he made it seem like my bf couldn't get a car loan. He had already moved on to his next victim before even saying bye to us. We started home towards Dublin and last minute, made a detour to the Fremont automall. Not only did the sun come out, but everything felt different there. The building was cleaner and newer. Their dealers were more respectful and not pushy at all. My daughters and I got to watch game 1 of the semi-finals (Heat vs. Chi) with some of the other dealers. The Heat lost miserably but my boyfriend found a car!. He applied for the loan and was approved with 0% financing, 0 down and an affordable monthly payment. All the things, the last dealer (in San Jose) said he couldn't get! So thank you SO MUCH Carol for the great service! If you go to Premier Nissan, request for Carol!

Awesome experience today. Bought a car from Sam and had an extremely pleasant experience. They worked with me on pricing and didn't try to pressure sell me anything.
